Shopbell Terms of Service
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Shopbell is coming soon. These terms describe the conditions for using the service when it becomes available.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms are between you and iDreamable LLC, a US company. By using Shopbell, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Shopbell is intended for independent restaurants and physical stores in the United States.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for the business and any Google or Instagram account you connect. If you use Shopbell for a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account and store information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity you authorize through your account. Let us know promptly at support@idreamable.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of your business's Google and Instagram accounts. Connecting them authorizes Shopbell to perform the actions you permit for the available features. You can disconnect them at any time; instructions are on the Data Deletion page.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Shopbell is in development and is not yet available in the app stores. Final plans, prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and any refund terms will be disclosed before you purchase a subscription. Any paid subscription will require your agreement to the terms shown at purchase.
If a subscription is purchased through an app store or another payment provider, that provider's billing terms and account controls also apply. We will communicate any changes to subscription terms before they apply, as required by law.
4. Your content and AI-generated drafts
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you provide. You give iDreamable LLC permission to process, store, generate drafts from, and publish or schedule that content only as needed to provide the Shopbell features you authorize. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
AI-generated drafts may contain errors, inaccurate statements, or unsuitable wording. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting drafts, checking the rights to photos and other materials, and ensuring the content is accurate and lawful before approval. You are responsible for content you approve and publish through Shopbell.
Shopbell publishes content only after the business approves it. Each Google review reply requires the owner's approval, including every reply to a review under four stars. Approval to schedule a post authorizes Shopbell to publish that approved post at the scheduled time.
5. Acceptable use
Use Shopbell lawfully and respect customers and connected platforms. You must not:
- Create, purchase, submit, or arrange fake or misleading reviews.
- Gate reviews by inviting only satisfied customers to leave public reviews, hiding review links from dissatisfied customers, or using private feedback to decide who receives a public review invitation.
- Offer payments, discounts, gifts, or other rewards for reviews.
- Send texts, emails, or other promotional messages without the recipient's consent.
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing content, or use another person's information without permission.
- Access accounts you do not control, bypass platform restrictions, disrupt the service, or attempt to obtain data or access you are not authorized to use.
Printable QR signs invite every customer to leave a review. After private feedback, every customer receives the same optional Google review link, regardless of their rating or comment. A customer is never required to leave a public review.
6. Your customers and consent
Your business is responsible for its customer relationships, privacy notices, consent for collecting and using contact details, and honoring opt-out and deletion requests. Use private feedback and customer contact details only for purposes the customer has agreed to. Our Privacy Policy explains Shopbell's handling of customer feedback and contact details.
7. Google, Meta, and other third-party platforms
Google and Meta operate the connected platforms and have their own terms, policies, and permission requirements. You must follow those requirements, including their rules on reviews, content, and messaging. Shopbell does not control their availability, account decisions, review moderation, or changes to their services.
Features that depend on a connected platform may change or become unavailable if that platform changes its APIs, permissions, or policies. Facebook and Google posting, a content calendar, a reply inbox, and email promotions are planned for later releases and are not currently available.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Shopbell, disconnect your accounts, or request account deletion at any time. Follow our Data Deletion Instructions to delete your account and associated data. If you have a paid subscription, follow its cancellation instructions as well.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, misuse of connected platforms, security risks, or legal requirements. We may also change or discontinue the service and will provide notice when reasonably possible. Data following termination is handled according to our Privacy Policy and deletion instructions. Provisions that by their nature apply after termination continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Shopbell is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, accurate AI drafts, specific review ratings, audience growth, sales, or any other business result. Nothing in these terms removes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, iDreamable LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from your use of Shopbell. These limits do not exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
11. Governing law
The laws of North Carolina and applicable United States federal law govern these terms and disputes arising from the service. Nothing in these terms limits protections or rights that apply to you under law and cannot be waived by agreement.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Shopbell develops. We will publish updated terms here, revise the effective date, and provide notice of material changes before they apply, as required by law. For questions about these terms or for privacy and deletion requests, email support@idreamable.com.
