Shopbell Data Deletion Instructions

1. Request account deletion

Shopbell is coming soon and is not yet available in the app stores. You can email a deletion request now. When the app is available, you will also be able to request deletion in the app:

• In the app, when available: open Shopbell, go to Settings > Delete account, and confirm the deletion request.
• By email: email support@idreamable.com from the email address associated with your Shopbell account. State that you want your Shopbell account and all associated data deleted, and include your store's name so we can identify the account.

If you cannot access your account's email address, contact the same email address for help. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password or platform access tokens.

2. What we delete and when

We delete your account and associated Shopbell data within 30 days of your request. This includes:

• Your account profile and sign-in information held by Shopbell.
• Your store details and brand voice settings.
• Photos, captions, review replies, drafts, and scheduled content held in Shopbell.
• Connected Google and Instagram account data held in Shopbell, including stored business information, reviews, performance data, insights, and access tokens.
• Customer feedback and customer contact details associated with your store's account.
• Other device and usage information associated with your account, subject to the exceptions below.

Account deletion ends Shopbell's access to connected accounts and stops future publishing through your account. It does not delete your Google or Instagram account, public Google reviews, or content already published to another platform. Use that platform's controls to manage content already published there.

3. What we may keep

We may keep opt-out records to honor a customer's request not to receive messages, and records we must retain under applicable law. These records are kept only for those purposes and are not used for further marketing. Any legally required records are retained only for the period required by law.

4. Disconnect Google access

When Shopbell is available, disconnect your Google Business Profile using the connected account controls in the app. You can also visit Google Account permissions, select Shopbell, and remove its access to your Google account.

Disconnecting or revoking permission stops future access. To delete Google data already stored in Shopbell, request account deletion or email support@idreamable.com to request deletion of the stored connected-account data.

5. Disconnect Instagram access

When Shopbell is available, disconnect your Instagram professional account using the connected account controls in the app. You can also open Instagram settings, find the apps and websites connected to your account, select Shopbell, and remove its access. The names and location of these settings may change as Instagram updates its service.

Facebook Page connection is planned for a later release. If you later connect a Page, you can remove Shopbell in Facebook's connected app or business integration settings. Revoking platform access does not by itself delete data already held in Shopbell; use the deletion request options above for that data.

6. Delete customer feedback or contact details

If you gave a store private feedback through Shopbell, ask that store to delete your feedback and contact details, or email support@idreamable.com. Include the store's name and enough information to identify your submission. We may ask for information to verify that the request concerns your data. You do not need a Shopbell account to make this request. Deletion is completed within 30 days, with the opt-out and legally required record exceptions described above.
