- No review gating. Shopbell never filters which customers are invited to leave a public review and never offers rewards for reviews.
- Your accounts remain yours. Your business keeps ownership of its Google and Instagram accounts and can disconnect Shopbell at any time.
How Shopbell uses your Google and Instagram accounts
With your permission, Shopbell reads your Google Business Profile’s business information, reviews, and performance metrics to prepare review-reply drafts and your weekly digest. It posts only review replies you approve. Posting approved Google updates is planned later.
Shopbell connects to your Instagram professional account to publish or schedule posts you approve and read post insights for your digest. Comments and messages will be accessed only when needed for features you enable, such as the planned reply inbox. Facebook Page support is planned later, with your permission.
Connected-account data is used only to provide these features to you, is encrypted, and is not sold or used for advertising. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Service providers process data only to operate these features for us, including AI draft generation. You can revoke access at any time.
